The deck was built with Timbertech XLM decking with a double picture frame border and our signature architectural profile fascia and skirting. The addition of built-in seating and custom designed cocktail tables with granite tops creates ample seating and an unobstructed view of the well- manicured yard. The grill bump-out at the far end of the deck provides a designated cooking area, while the faux pergola above adds a beautiful architectural element. The Timbertech Radiance railings have Timbertech post light which provides soft lighting for the evenings and stair lighting for elegance and safety.
Deck Remodelers addressed the uneven grade of the property by building a paver patio off the deck and a retaining wall with built in drainage. The homeowners were thrilled with the results of this multi-level outdoor living space, which allows plenty of room for family and friends.
