The sunken lounge is secluded by a double privacy wall connected to a faux pergola, all custom built-in solid Ipe. Custom Ipe planters sit on either side of the steps down to the lounge. Even more, the wide stairs also serve as additional seating when hosting larger crowds to enjoy this stunning outdoor living space. Descending the stairs to the ground level, a small paver area meets the bottom step. The under deck area is finished with mulch, while a paver walkway cuts through the mulch to lead to a basement door.
