Sean McAleer, a WOLF PRO and owner of DeckRemodelers.com, has won seven national awards for his decks, as well as many state-level awards in New Jersey.

When we spoke with Sean, he was taking a break from a personal project – adding a WOLF deck to his own home.

How did you get your start?

I’m a third-generation carpenter. My dad is a cabinet maker and I worked in his shop all though grade school and high school. Before college, I started building houses. But during college, because of the time commitment, it was easier to build decks.
