Our clients wanted the ultimate party-central backyard oasis, and we delivered! Each aspect and element of this multi-level outdoor living space was meticulously thought out to maximize the space, with a seamless flow that includes multiple areas to hang out. We used Wolf Serenity Premium PVC decking for the ultimate in low maintenance. It also has a 30 year stain and fade warranty – that means it will effortlessly retain its beauty for years to come! Never having to cancel plans due to the weather was important to the homeowners, so we designed and built a custom Equinox Louvered Roof that allows them to open or close the space with the touch of a button. This remote control-operated roof is 100% waterproof, and can open fully to enjoy the sun, or be closed to any degree when shade is preferred. The 22’ swim spa has a full view of the rest of the party, yet also includes a custom privacy panel on the neighboring house’s side. Finished PVC recessed panels around the spa gives it a room-like feel and contains the space. The endless pool incorporates seamlessly into the outdoor living space by design and has an automated lift cover, allowing the homeowners to keep it up or down at their leisure. Adding a see-through fireplace created a cozy area to gather for warmth and ambiance, enjoyed from both sides. An outdoor TV was placed above the fireplace to add to the interior room feel. The custom-built bar overlooking the TV is the perfect gathering place to enjoy a cocktail while watching Sunday football or hosting a game night with friends. Furthermore, outdoor heaters and ceiling fans allow this outdoor living space to be used year-round, as an extension of the home.
Steps lead to a paver patio with lots of curves that soften the transition from house to the natural space of the yard. The paver colors were chosen to blend seamlessly with the stone columns and stone-work around the fireplace. This beautiful patio is a natural extension of the deck, and was designed for an additional gathering area, creating the perfect party flow.
