Where to look first!? This space was designed for entertaining! When we were contacted by these Boonton homeowners, it was clear from the beginning that they were looking for a unique design with great flow in such a large space and everything done with accentuating the commanding view. Different textures and architectural elements were chosen to accentuate each area of this outdoor living space.
The large upper deck, comprised of WOLF pvc decking in colors “Weathered Ipe” and “Black Walnut”, is the perfect space to lounge, dine, and mingle. The curved sunken outdoor kitchen was designed by our award-winning kitchen designer to maximize views of the pool and the mountains from both on the deck as well as inside the home. Working closely with these Morris County homeowners, our in-house interior designer helped choose the stone colors for the various stone accents of this kitchen. A Twin Eagles grill, dual refrigerators, warming drawer, and outdoor appliances were chosen for their premium quality and craftsmanship. The curved stone wall on the back of the kitchen joins the upper deck to the finished under deck, and is centered around a beautiful garden.
Our custom welded, powder-coated aluminum deck rails and curved staircase are both beautiful and built to be maintenance-free, and do not impact the view of the backyard. The curved staircase leads to a whimsical walkway and patio with plenty of space for guests to lounge by the pool.

A coffered ceiling was designed with the rich, warm colors of tigerwood and ceiling fans were installed to keep the area cool. The various textures and color palette chosen for this area lend an outdoor living room feel.
The wood look pavers while designed for outdoors, brings the indoor warmth and natural look of flooring for this under deck. The curved Ipe tongue and groove feature wall has a modern outdoor gas fireplace with a contemporary stone surround and TV placed above it. Outdoor furniture was chosen to compliment the function and aesthetics of the space and meet the desires of our client.
