Congratulations to Our AZEK University Graduates!

This January, the Design & Production Teams of Deck Remodelers braved the brutal temperatures and traveled to the AZEK University in Ohio for continuing education. We are always learning about the best products and practices so that our customers don’t have to.

We were introduced to the newest AZEK decking colors and toured the assembly line.  We experienced first hand the high level of quality control throughout each step of the manufacturing with check points at every stage. Our close relationship with the manufacturers of AZEK gives us access  to Research and Development and the up-to-the-minute information on products and best practices.

It was also a chance to meet with experienced deck builders and deck designers from around the country to discuss best practices and exchange innovative deck designs and material implementation.

We even went beyond decking. We compared notes on outdoor fireplaces in different climates, best placement of an outdoor kitchen and when it’s best to use an Equinox motorized pergola verses a full covered deck. The exchange of ideas and methods with the leading outdoor living space professionals is one reason Deck Remodelers is always ready to take our designs to the next level.

Our Teams returned inspired, excited and ready to start Designing & Building Dreams….one backyard at a time.
